We strive to take advantage of everything that nature gives us. 80% of the foodstuff we offer to our guests is organically produced.
Our farm covers app. 74 acres of land on which we grow vegetables, cereal, fruit and herbs, and our meadows are the source of quality hay.
Half of the farm is in the Seasonal Lakes of Pivka Regional Park and is a part of the Natura 2000, which is also an area where our cattle and horses graze.
Apart from the cattle and horse raising, we keep pigs and bees as well. Protecting species diversity and their habitats is important for us, as well as for the generations to come.
